Initial Contact
Meet with us, in person, to discuss your photographic needs and
to determine your individual preferences. Review our portfolios,
which showcase our current work and illustrate our photographic
style.
Terms of Reference
Design your photography package based on your specific needs.
Your package includes an agreement on:
- date
- time
- location
- film types
- price
- estimated number of prints
When everything is to your satisfaction, sign a contract.
Last Minute Updates
Due to unforeseen circumstances, such as poor weather, we may
need to re-evaluate your photo session. With our flexible, adaptable
approach, we will work with you to find a solution to any challenges.
Discuss any of your last minute questions and concerns with us.
Photography Session
Meet us for the arranged photography session. We keep our photo
sessions relaxed, encouraging you to be as comfortable as possible
and creating an environment where great photos happen.
Proofs
Shortly after your photography session, review an album of proofs.
Discuss your need for reprints, enlargements and any other services
required.
Delivery
Receive your final prints per your approval and to your satisfaction.
Feel free to provide us with feedback anytime.
Optional Services
If you require any services outside of your contract, such as
reprints for a special occasion, completed photo albums, unique
items, websites or postcards, do not hesitate to contact us. We
will be happy to help with your project.
